Your First Visit to Our Rockledge Practice
New practice members often remark how “homey” our practice is. That’s good, because our goal is to offer state-of-the-art chiropractic care in a comfortable surrounding.
Make Yourself at Home
You’ll be greeted by name when you enter our practice and given a short tour to get you acquainted with our facilities.
Your first visit will take about 45-60 minutes. If you haven't done so in advance, you will be asked to complete a Patient Case History Form. We will then show you an 8-minute informational video that explains and demonstrates NUCCA chiropractic care.
Lastly, a consultation with Dr. Hirschhorn will determine if you are a candidate for care in our office.
We Explain Everything First
The purpose of your consultation with the doctor is to discuss your health goals and see if chiropractic is likely to help you.
If it looks promising, a thorough examination will help identify the cause of your problem. This initial exam includes a postural, range of motion, and spinal balance analysis.
If it is indicated that you are out of balance, the costs of the x-ray series and NUCCA corrections will be presented, and x-rays will be taken.
At the conclusion of this first visit, you will be scheduled for a follow-up Report of Findings.
